The Priddy Family | Extended Family Session

The holiday season is always the time of year when people have a better chance of getting an extended family session. Everyone gets older and moves or gets busy with kids and family. So the holidays are the time when more people are together and you are able to get a picture of everyone. Of course, it’s a little harder to arrange because I am busier and with my own family. But sometimes we get lucky and it all lines up. I was especially excited about this year because it was a family I am familiar with. I always love getting to work with the Priddy family. From a wedding to pictures of growing kids I’ve gotten to photograph some of them several times.

This time of year can also be very tricky due to the drastic weather changes. This year, we’ve gone back and forth from warm to super cold within a few hours. We scheduled our session way in advance and still got very lucky on the weather. It was definitely overcast but it wasn’t freezing so that’s a win in my book. I hope all these beautiful people had a wonderful holiday and thanks so much for coming back to me to record this time in your life.
